Community Club – Unity Park Station Community Action: MK went to visit the Community Club at Unity Park and it was great to feel welcomed and shown around the space that is a hub for multiple community organisations. ALL are welcome, you can go along every Tuesday 10am-1pm. You can find Unity Park Station at the Old bus stop, 401 Elder Gate, MK9 1LR. Grants and free support for social entrepreneurs The Community Business Trade Up Programme is run by the School for Social Entrepreneurs, in partnership with Power to Change and the National Lottery Community Fund, This is a free programme and comes with a Match Trading grant of up to £10,000. The deadline is 1:00PM on 27th November 2019. Find out more
Masonic Charitable Foundation – Later Life Inclusion Grants Programme Max. Value: £ 80,000 Grants for local and national charities in England and Wales that are working to reduce loneliness and isolation in later life. Find out more
Sylvia Adams Charitable Trust – Early Years’ Preventative Work Max. Value: £ 50,000 Grants are available for registered charities to support work that will improve the life chances of some of the most disadvantaged children (aged 0-3 years) in England and Wales by investing in early intervention and preventative work. National Garden Scheme – Community Gardens Award Max. Value: £ 5,000 Grants are available to amateur gardeners from community groups in England and Wales to create a garden or similar project with horticultural focus for the benefit of their local community. Find out more
