Milton Keynes Green Roof Project

The Green Roof Project is starting with bus stops, but long term, want to bring a new carbon neutral way of growing green roof materials right into Milton Keynes. The ‘Green Revolution’ budget proposed by MK’s Labour

Value: £ 200,000 Grants are available to UK-based not-for-profit organisations with proposals that will help young people build a positive future, building the skills necessary to live with dignity and be able to access basic housing and create a happy home in which they feel safe and secure. Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales – Grants Programme Max. Value: £ 100,000 Core funding grants are available to support small and medium-sized local charities with a proven track record of helping people aged 17 years and older in England and Wales achieve positive change in one or more of the complex social issues as specified by the Foundation. Greggs Foundation – local community projects fund

Local Community Projects Funding is offered to organisations supporting people in need. Any not for profit organisation can apply, however, larger organisations with a turnover in excess of £300,000 will be unsuccessful. Find out more

Ecosurety Exploration Fund

Max. Value: £ 150,000 A £1 million innovation and research fund is available to companies, charities, not-for-profits and academic institutions working on projects that seek to reduce the impact of packaging, batteries or WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) on the environment. L&Q Place Makers Fund

The Place Makers Fund will award grants to local groups, organisations and charities which share our passion and commitment to changing lives and enhancing communities. The fund offers grants of up to £10,000 for projects in Milton Keynes. Find out more

ella forums MK Group meeting 23 January 2020, 9.30am-2.00pm
