Coronavirus Response Toolkit for Charities
The impact of the coronavirus pandemic is vast. Charities will need to be resourceful, responsive, collaborative and innovative in order to keep serving those who need them through this crisis—and to continue to have an impact well beyond it. Community Innovation: Share what you know!
We’ve heard of some amazing innovation to keep people going during the lockdown and throughout the current pandemic. One example being of someone exercising on their local green space with their neighbours in order to keep fit and keeping their neighbours active! If you, anyone you know or any groups have had innovative ideas and have done something to keep things going in order to get through lockdown in new and different ways, please let us know! Tackling racism in the workplace
Resources and guidance to help people professionals tackle racism and racial discrimination in the workplace and we all must be part of the change we all need, to step up and stamp out prejudice, and to build diverse and supportive cultures of respect and fairness for all. The CIPD is developing and curating practical content on this hub to help members and people professionals tackle these challenges.

NAVCA – Barking Owl Training Sessions 
Over the next two weeks our Barking Owl network is hosting two free training sessions on Biteable - video editing and design software - Wednesday 22 July at 3pm & Tuesday 28 July at 10am. New Generation Forum – Revolving Doors Agency
This forum aims to give young adults a voice on the criminal justice system, particularly policing. The aim is to bring together a group of young adults with lived experience to influence local and national decision makers. They are looking for a diverse group of young people (aged 18-24) from different
backgrounds and geographical areas who have experience of multiple arrests or cautions, and / or want to share their experiences, to make a difference on the lives of other young people. Find out more.
    
Future Fossil – Oxley Park
Inspired by ideas such as archeology, the passing of time, our relationship to the natural world, home and future ways of living; Future Fossil will feature a life-size negative cast, taken from a section of a typical Oxley Park house, creating a new public space for Oxley Park, where community activities and cultural programmes can be enjoyed. Read more.

Share your Covid-19 experience as a parish council
Complete this online form if you work for a local parish council in MK to share your experiences of supporting your residents throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, and how the crisis has affected your work. This will help us explore the issues across MK with the view of fostering the most useful links and creating solutions to address them.

Westbury Arts Centre – August Family Workshops
This summer Westbury Arts Centre are delighted to be able to offer family workshops which will take place every Wednesday during August.  A great chance to work with your child to produce some amazing creative artwork! They have limited spaces to ensure they can keep to social distancing, so do book quickly to avoid disappointment. Workshops are aimed at children aged between 7-12 years. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Barrow Cadbury Trust – Covid-19 Emergency Support Fund
With support from the National Lottery, applications are now open to the ‘COVID-19 Emergency Support Fund’, a £5 million fund to support the migration sector in England to respond to the Covid-19 emergency. Deadline: 2nd August 2020.
