Tai Chi is a gentle way to exercise and keep fit. It is a Chinese form of ‘meditation’ within movement, a series of movements performed in a slow, harmonized and relaxed way. It aims to build up your immune system, loosen stiff joints, relieve headaches, neck and shoulder pain; and improve posture to alleviate back pain. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Tai Chi classes are held twice a month on a Friday. The last class this
year will be on Friday, 15 November.
